Common faults of crushers and overhaul

Common faults:
1. Excessive output
The abnormality of excessive discharge indicates a fault in the crusher, which can be considered because the hammer head of the crusher has failed, or the gap between the discharge head and the crusher is too large for these problems to occur, and timely inspection and crusher repair can be carried out.
2. bearing overheating
The overheating of the bearing may be due to the fact that the bearing is too dry. At this time, grease needs to be added. If the temperature is still too high, it may be that the bearing is not cleaned properly. After cleaning, it is still abnormal and needs to be repaired.
3. liner fracture
It may be that the material larger than the size of the feed port enters the crushing cavity or non-crushed material enters the crushing cavity. At this time, the toggle plate of the crusher should be replaced and the feed particle size should be controlled to prevent the host from being overloaded.
Crusher overhaul is generally divided into dynamic and static overhaul, dynamic overhaul i.e. overhaul in running condition, static overhaul i.e. overhaul in shutdown condition.
Notes on dynamic servicing:
1. Labour protection is fully worn.
2. Coordinate the "start" and "stop" signals with the operator.
3. Avoid getting too close to the coupler of the split turn to avoid injury.
4. When using tools, be careful to hold them firmly to prevent slipping and falling.
Notes for maintenance in static state:
1. Fully clothed in labour protection equipment
2. Turn off the main power supply, put up a "warning sign", and special personnel are required to take care of it.
3. When replacing parts, it is necessary to select the appropriate equipment, carry out a clear division of labor, and make a mark
4. After the replacement is completed, pay attention to cleaning and inspection in time to avoid forgetting and dropping the tools.
5. Make maintenance records, operate according to the instructions, and avoid blindly.
