Loading and Shipment of Construction Waste Crushing Production Line

Project Details:         Raw Material: Bluestone              Feed Size: 700-800mm

Main Equipment: Vibrating Feeder, Jaw Crusher, Impact Crusher, Vibrating Screen

Process Flow:

The production process consists of three stages: feeding, crushing, and screening. 

Feeding Stage: The raw material is transported to the raw material warehouse by a forklift and then evenly fed into the crusher by a vibrating feeder.

Crushing Stage: The material entering the crusher is impacted by the high-speed rotating rotor on the single machine lining plate to achieve crushing. 

The crushed material is discharged through the discharge port below the equipment.

Screening Stage: The crushed material is classified by a circular vibrating screen. Material that meets the specifications is conveyed to the finished 

product stockpile by the finished product belt, while material that does not meet the specifications is sent back to the crusher via the return belt 

for secondary crushing, forming a closed-loop cycle.

The construction waste crushing production line is now being loaded for shipment.
