Shipment of Mobile Impact Crushing Station to Russia

Process Flow:

The mobile sand making and crushing station is divided into three stages: feeding, crushing, and screening, all designed on the same vehicle chassis for optimal layout.

Feeding Stage: Raw materials are loaded into the feeder by a forklift, which then uniformly conveys the materials onto the first feeding conveyor.

Crushing Stage: The raw material enters the crusher, where centrifugal force throws the material out for impact with the lining plate, resulting in crushing. 

The crushed material is then discharged through the equipment's discharge port and falls onto the second feeding conveyor below.

Screening Stage: The crushed material undergoes classification through a circular vibrating screen. Material meeting specifications is conveyed to the 

finished product stockpile by the finished product belt, while material not meeting specifications is sent back to the crusher via the return belt for 

secondary crushing, creating a closed-loop cycle.

The mobile impact crushing station designed for processing construction waste is now being shipped to Russia.
